It seems like Google’s messaging strategy isn’t paying off. The company has announced it’ll be closing Allo in March 2019.
Almost a year after Google first released Allo, the web client for their messaging app is finally here.
At one point in your life, you’ve taken at least one selfie but what if you could use your selfie as a sticker pack.
Even though it’s been a few months since Google release their latest messaging app, Allo, they are still adding some features to the app (even if not many people are using it).
For starters, Google is making it easier to access the Assistant within a chat on Allo with just one tap.
It’s only been about four months since Google’s messaging app Allo officially launched and the company is still adding new features.
Their latest feature is a new chat bot (in addition to the Google Assistant) called Lucky that will send you GIFs.
As 2016 comes to a close, it’s that time of year for the annual “best of …” or “favourite things of 2016.”
This post will be focusing on the apps that I used the most this year, so much that I consider them my favourite apps of 2016. Some of these apps might not have come out in 2015 but some have been significantly since last year’s post: Favourite Apps of 2015.
Some of these apps are just available on only one platform (just Android or just iOS) but some of them are multiplatform in which they are on both Android and iOS and have a web app as well.
The links to download these apps will be in the form of “Get on Google Play” or “Get it on the App Store” picture after each app description.
