HTC has officially unveiled their latest flagship, the U12+.

Back in May, Google announced that it was working with HTC and Lenovo on standalone headsets for their Daydream VR platform. The headsets would use Google’s WorldSense technology which allows positional tracking without any wires.

HTC has announced that they’re dropping the price of their Vive headset by $200, making $799 CAD ($599 USD), down from $1,149 CAD ($799 USD).
