Amazon has unveiled two new Echo devices, the all-new Echo Pop and bringing the Echo Auto to more countries.
First is the Echo Pop, which is the latest Echo speaker. It has a semi-sphere form factor and is powered by the Amazon AZ2 Neural Edge processor and comes with eero built-in.

Meaning you can use the Echo Pop with your existing eero mesh Wi-Fi network and added 1,000 sqft of coverage.

“Customers around the world love Alexa as their trusted, personal AI—they’ve now purchased well over half a billion Alexa-enabled devices, and use of Alexa increased 35 percent last year,” said Rohit Prasad, senior vice president and head scientist for Alexa. “These new devices give customers more options and more utility at incredible value. And as with every Echo we’ve shipped, these devices will only continue to get better as we add even more generative AI-powered experiences for Alexa
throughout the year.”
The Echo Pop costs $54.99 CAD and comes in a number of colours including Lavender Bloom, Midnight Teal Charcoal and Glacier White.
In addition to the Echo Pop, Amazon announced that the latest Echo Auto is now available in Canada as well as Australia, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Japan.

The Echo Auto (2nd Gen) was announced last year and has a more compact design than its previous model. There are five far-field mics, Bluetooth, Aux output and adhesive mount.

Like most Echo devices, the latest Echo Auto has a mic on/off button for privacy.
The Echo Auto (2nd Gen) costs $79.99 CAD.
