Following their unveiling at CES 2023, Razer has announced that their new Blade 16 and 18 laptops have launched.
Blade 16 (2023)

Powering the new Blade 16 is a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13950HX chip which can be paired with a RTX 4080 or 4090.
The Blade 16 also features a 16-inch mini-LED display that has dual modes that can switch between Creator and Gamer modes (via Razer Synapse).

The Creator mode puts the display in UHD+ at 120Hz and the Gamer Mode is FHD+ at 240Hz.
The laptop also has a 95.2 WHr battery with a 280W GaN power adapter.

Storage options include up to a 2TB SSD. Other specs include a 6-speaker array with THX Spatial Audio support, Wi-Fi 6E and a 5MP webcam.
Pricing is as follows:
- QHD+ 240 Hz Display / RTX 4080 / 32GB RAM / 1TB SSD – $4,999 CAD
- UHD+FHD+ Mini-LED/ RTX 4090 / 32GB RAM / 2TB SSD – $5,799 CAD
On February 22, the Blade 16 will also be available in RTX 4060/4070 configurations.

Blade 18 (2023)

Moving onto the bigger Razer laptop with the new Blade 18.
As the name suggest, the Blade 18 has a 18-inch QHD+ display with a 240Hz refresh rate. The laptop does not feature a mini-LED display like the Blade 16 does.

Powering the new Blade 18 is a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13950HX chip with a RTX 4080 or 4090.
For storage, you can get up a 2TB SSD. Other specs include a 6-speaker array with THX Spatial Audio support, Wi-Fi 6E and a 5MP webcam.

The laptop also features a 91.7 WHr battery and comes with a 280W GaN power adapter.
Pricing is as follows:
- QHD+ 240 Hz Display / RTX 4080 / 32GB RAM / 1TB SSD – $4,999 CAD
- UHD+FHD+ Mini-LED/ RTX 4090 / 32GB RAM / 2TB SSD – $5,799 CAD
