Another year, another Google I/O where the company made a couple of announcements including more details about the Pixel Watch now official and more.
Google Pixel 6a
Following the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro launch last, Google is adding another Tensor-powered phone to their lineup with the new Pixel 6a.
The Pixel 6a features a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate. There’s also a in-display fingerprint sensor and Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
Powering the phone is the Google Tensor chip with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and a 4,410 mAh battery.

The cameras on the Pixel 6a is a 12MP wide-angle and a 12MP ultra-wide on the back and a 8MP on the front.
Features like Magic Eraser, Real Tone and Face Unblur are all supported on the Pixel 6a. The Pixel 6a comes in three colours, Charcoal, Sage and Chalk.
The Pixel 6a goes up for pre-order on July 21st and ships on July 28th for $599 CAD ($449 USD) in Canada and the US.
The phone will also be launching in Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, and United Kingdom.
Pixel Buds Pro

Google introduced their first Pro level earbuds with the new Pixel Buds Pro.

The earbuds support Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and get up to 7 hrs of listening time with ANC on and 11 hrs with ANC off. The charging case gets you an additional 31 hours which also has fast charging and wireless charging support.
The earbuds are powered by a custom 6-core chip that helps power things like Google Assistant searches and more.
The Pixel Buds Pro are up for pre-order on July 21st and ships on July 28th for $259 CAD ($199 USD) in Canada and the US.
Pixel 7 – Teaser
Google showed off a small glimpse of what the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will look like.
The Pixel 7 series will use a full aluminum design for the camera bar.
The phones will be powered by the second-gen Google Tensor processor and run Android 13 out of the box.
The Pixel 7 will be available in Obsidian, Snow, and Lemongrass colours. Meanwhile the Pixel 7 Pro gets Obsidian, Snow, and Hazel colour options.
More details about the Pixel 7 series will announced this fall closer to launch.
Pixel Watch

The long-rumored Pixel Watch has officially be revealed.
The watch has a round display and design that is made from recycled stainless steel and crown.
Apps and features for the watch will include Google Assistant, Maps, Wallet, Home, and Fitbit. All of which will be a improved Wear OS UI.
The Pixel Watch will launch this fall alongside the Pixel 7 series.
Pixel Tablet

Another tease by Google was that they were working on an Android-powered tablet, currently called the Pixel tablet.
The tablet will be powered by Google Tensor and will be coming in 2023.
Google AR Glasses

One final hardware tease by Google was their rumoured AR glasses.
In the demo video, Google showed how AR glasses can show a live translation within a wearer line of sight.
The AR glasses prototype shown in the video, seems to built upon some of the hardware efforts by North, which Google acquired back in 2020.
