GoPro’s Hero10 Black leaks out

As with all new tech products, they tend to leaked, today’s leak has to do with GoPro’s next action camera, the Hero10 Black.

The leaked images and info come from WinFuture (who previously leaked the Hero9 Black last year).

The design of the Hero10 Black seems to remain unchanged apart from the new blue colour for the GoPro and Hero10 Black logos.

Powering the Hero10 Black is the new GoPro GP2 processor, a step up from the GP1 which has been used in the Hero6 to Hero9 Black.

With Hero10 Black, there’s also HyperSmooth 4.0, which should bring even smooth video quality than before.

The Hero10 Black can shoot 5.3K video at 60fps, last year’s model was limited to 30fps for 5K. There’s also 4K120 and 2.7K240 video recording support for slow-motion.

For photos, you can take 23MP stills (up from 20MP).

Like the Hero9 Black, there’s TimeWarp 3.0, RAW photos, SuperPhoto, HDR and webcam mode. It’s also still waterproof up to 33ft (10m) and built-in folding mounting fingers.

Pricing and availability hasn’t been announced yet but should be available in the coming weeks.
