Lenovo has announced a few new ThinkPad laptops including two ThinkPad L models powered by the AMD.
ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 4

This laptop features a new 16-inch display with a 16:10 apect ratio and thinner bezels.

Powering the ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 4 is up to a 11th Gen Intel Core i9 H-Series processor with up to 64GB of RAM and up to 4TB SSD.

GPU options include Intel UHD graphics, Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti laptop, RTX 3060 laptop, RTX 3070 laptop and RTX 3080 laptop.
Ports include:
- 2x USB-A 3.2 Gen 1
- 2x Thunderbolt 4
- SD Card (UHS-II)
- 1x HDMI 2.0/2.1
- 1x Audio (headphone and microphone combo jack)
Battery life is up to 10 hours from the 90Wh cell. There’s also Wi-Fi 6/6E, Bluetooth and 5G support (in select markets).
The ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 4 is launching in August for $2,149 USD.
ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 2 & L13 Gen 2

The ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 2 features a 13.3-inch FHD IPS touch display with 300 nits of brightness.
As the name implies, the Yoga name means it can fold back to a tablet form factor.

While the ThinkPad L13 Gen 2 has a HD, FHD non-touch and FHD touch option.
Powering the laptops are the AMD Ryzen 5000 Pro series processors with up to 16GB of RAM and integrated AMD Radeon graphics. Storage options include up to a 1TB PCIe SSD.

You can expect up to 10.6 hours of battery life from the 46 Wh cell and it supports 65W USB-C charging. There’s also a integrated Pen (in the Yoga model), Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1.

The ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 2 is set to launch in August for $999 USD.

The ThinkPad L13 Gen 2 is launching at the same time but for $799 USD.
