TCL’s 10 Pro and 10L are coming to Canada on July 10th

After being announced back at CES 2020, TCL has announced when it’s TCL 10 Pro and TCL 10L smartphones will be coming to Canada.

The TCL 10 Pro has a 6.47-inch display that uses TCL’s NXTVISION technology which is designed to produce nearly accurate colours and enhanced image and video quality.

In terms of cameras, the 10 Pro has a 64MP main lens, 16MP big pixel low-light lens, a 5MP 123-degree super-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens.

Powering the 10 Pro is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 with 6GB of RAM. There’s also 128GB of storage plus a microSD card slot.

The 10 Pro supports an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock via an IR sensor. The phone is running Android 10 with TCL UI on top.

Meanwhile, the TCL 10L features a 6.53-inch FHD+ “Dotch” LCD display and powered by a Snapdragon 665 processor with 6GB of RAM.

The 10L will be available in 64 or 128GB storage options with a microSD card slot. The 10L also has a rear-facing fingerprint sensor.

For cameras, the 10L has a 48MP main lens, 8MP super-wide-angle lens, 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor. The 10L has a 4,000 mAh battery.

The TCL 10 Pro comes in Ember Gray while the 10L will come in Mariana Blue.  TCL has confirmed that both devices will get Android 11 at a later date.

Both phones will be launching on Bell, Telus, Koodo and Virgin Mobile on July 10th.

To celebrate the launch, from July 10 – July 16, Canadians can purchase a TCL 10 Pro from Best Buy and qualify for a free 43” TCL TV – a value of $319.99 CAD (most likely the TCL 4-Series).

In order to qualify, the customer needs to purchase the TCL 10 Pro between July 10-16, register at www.tclpromo.ca by July 31, and keep the device (the validation of which will be conducted by the carrier).
