Dell has announced a couple of new products under their G Series including the new G7 laptop and G5 desktop.
Dell G7 Laptop (2020)

The G7 laptop has been given a slight design update with a refined look and black.
The laptop comes in two sizes the G7 15 (7500) and G7 17 (7700). As the name implies, the G7 15 has a 15-inch display and configured up to 4K OLED at 60Hz or 1080p at 144Hz or 300Hz.
The G7 17 has a 17-inch display that can only be optioned with either a 144Hz or 300Hz 1080p display. Power the G7 laptops are the 10th Gen Intel chips with i5, i7 and i9 options available.
For GPUs, you have the option of up to an RTX 2070 Max-Q with the G7 15 and up to an RTX 2070 Super with the G7 17. There’s also 8 or 16GB of RAM with support for up to 32GB.
Storage options include up to a 1TB SSD in the G7 15 or dual 512GB SSDs in the G7 17.
Battery options for the G7 15 include a 56 WHr 3-cell or 86 WHr 6-cell battery. The G7 17 gets the option of a 56 WHr 3-cell or 97 WHr 6-cell battery.
The G7 17 is available now, starting at $1,899 CAD ($1,429 USD) while the G7 15 launches on June 29th and the same starting price.
Dell G5 Desktop (2020)

Dell first introduced the new G5 desktop last year and this year’s it’s getting a spec update.
It can now be configured with 10th Gen Intel processors up to an i9-10900K. GPU options include an AMD Radeon RX5600 or Nvidia GTX 1650 all the way up to an Nvidia RTX 2070 Super.
Memory options include up to 16GB of RAM and storage options include up to a 1TB SSD & 2TB 7200 RPM SATA HDD.
For ports, the G5 desktop has a headphone jack, microphone jack, 2 USB 2.0, 1 USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 Type-C on the front. The back of the desktop has 4 USB 3.1 Type-A, 2 USB 2.0, HDMI, audio in, front L/R surround line-out and center line-out.
The G5 desktop is set to launch on July 6th with a starting price of $899 CAD ($699 USD).
Redesigned XPS Desktop
Dell also gave us a little tease for their redesigned XPS desktop coming in July.
The new desktop will be part of Nvidia’s RTX Studio Program and will work well for content creation, gaming and VR.
More details about the new XPS desktop will be announced in the coming weeks.
In addition to the new PCs, Dell also announced two new gaming monitors and a new Alienware keyboard.
