After being announced prior to CES 2020, LG has officially launched their 2020 refresh of the gram 14 and gram 15 and the all-new gram 17.
“The LG gram is the ultimate solution for anyone looking for maximum productivity in a sleek and portable form factor,” said Scott Thomas, Vice President Business Solutions, LG Electronics. “With the LG gram, Canadians no longer need to sacrifice a larger screen for portability and with its durable metal body it can go anywhere – to the office, school or while travelling.”

All three of the LG gram laptops are powered by the 10th Gen Intel Core processors with up to 24GB of RAM, M.2 Dual SSD slots and Intel Iris Plus Graphics.

For ports, the devices come with a Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port, 3 USB 3.1 Type-A ports, HDMI out, microSD, DC-in for power and a headphone jack. There’s also a fingerprint reader and Wi-Fi 6 support.

The LG gram 17 (17Z90N) has a 17-inch display with a 2560 x 1600 WQXGA resolution.
The gram 15 (15Z90N) has a 15.6-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. The gram 14 (14Z90N) has the same display as the 15-inch but slightly smaller.

For battery life, LG says the gram 17 and gram 15 should last up to 17 hours thanks to the 80Wh battery. The gram 14 gets slightly longer battery life at 18.5 hours and a smaller 72Wh battery.
All three models in the 2020 gram lineup are now available in Canada from a number of retailers including Costco.ca, BestBuy.ca, CanadaComputers.com and Amazon.ca.

The laptops will be available in-store at all Costco Canada and Canada Computers locations.
Pricing starts at around $1,599 CAD for the gram 14, $1,699 CAD for the gram 15 and $2,199 CAD for the gram 17. The pricing for the laptops will vary depending on the configuration.
