Loren Bouchard’s Central Park premieres this summer on Apple TV+

Apple has announced when Loren Bouchard’s animated musical comedy Central Park will premiere on the company’s streaming service.

According to Apple:

Central Park is an animated musical comedy about the Tillermans, a family that lives in Central Park. Owen, the park manager, and Paige, his journalist wife, raise their kids Molly and Cole in the world’s most famous park while fending off hotel heiress Bitsy Brandenham and her long-suffering assistant Helen, who would love nothing more than to turn the park into condos.

The show was picked up by Apple in March 2018 with a two-season order. It will feature the voice talents of Josh Gad, Leslie Odom Jr., Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, Tituss Burgess, Daveed Diggs and Stanley Tucci.

Central Park is written and executive produced by Loren Bouchard (Bob’s Burgers) along with Josh Gad (Frozen) and Nora Smith. It’ll be produced by 20th Century Fox Television and consist of 13 episodes in its first season.

Apple also announced premiere dates for a few other Apple Originals along with some renewals. Steven Spielberg’s Amazing Stories reboot arrives on March 6th, Defending Jacob (starring Chris Evans and Michelle Dockery) premieres on April 24th.

Ubisoft’s Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet has been renewed for a season ahead of its premiere on February 7th.

Central Park arrives on Apple TV+ in early summer.
