Quick response times are everything when it comes to gaming especially when using a monitor.
That’s why LG at E3 2019 has shown off their LG UltraGear Nano IPS Nvidia G-Sync Gaming Monitor with an unprecedented 1 millisecond response time, a first for an IPS display.
LG UltraGear comes in two sizes, the 38-inch (38GL950G) with a resolution of 3840×1600 and 27-inch (27GL850) which has a resolution of 2560 x 1440.
Both models of the LG UltraGear have a wide colour gamut (DCI-P3 98 percent) and a 21:9 aspect ratio. The 38-inch model comes with Sphere Lighting 2.0 which as RGB lighting on the back of the monitor.
The 27-inch LG UltraGear is Nvidia G-Sync compatible, HDR10 support, 2 HDMI ports, 1 DisplayPort, USB 3.0 hub and 144Hz refresh rate. The 38-inch LG UltraGear has both an Nvidia G-Sync processor, 1 HDMI port, 1 DisplayPort, USB 3.0 hub, VESA DisplayHDR 400 and has a 144Hz refresh rate that can be overclocked to 175Hz.
The LG UltraGear Nano IPS Gaming Monitors will be available in Canada later this year. But they’ll come to the US in the coming weeks. No pricing has been announced.
