LG has just released their 2019 TV lineup in Canada including their E9, C9, W9 OLEDs and NanoCell models.
LG’s W9 OLED comes in 77-inch and 65-inch screen sizes, while the E9 is stuck at 65-inches and the C9 comes in 55, 65 and 77-inches. Meanwhile, LG’s new 2019 NanoCell TVs range from 49 to 86-inches.
“LG continues to push the boundaries of TV technological innovation, which can clearly be seen from our premium TV lineup for 2019,” said Richard White, Vice President Strategy and Marketing at LG Electronics Canada. “LG’s advanced AI technologies improve picture and sound quality while providing an enriched viewing experience.”
All of LG’s 2019 OLED and NanoTVs come with the company’s α (Alpha) 9 Gen 2 intelligent processor which uses AI and deep learning to help improve the picture and sound quality.
The processor is able to recognize the source quality and optimize images accordingly. There’s also HDMI 2.1 ports, which allow you to watch 4K content at up to 120 frames per second and 4K HDR, an automatic low latency mode, variable refresh rate and enhanced audio return.
Amazon Alexa can now be used to control LG’s 2019 TVs along with the Google Assistant.
Later this year, all LG 2019 OLEDs and select NanoCell TVs will gain AirPlay 2 and HomeKit support via a software update.
