Ubisoft made a couple of announcements at their E3 2018 press conference including the next Assassin’s Creed, Beyond Good & Evil 2, The Division 2 and more.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
Assassin’s Creed is headed to ancient Greece. The game takes place in 431 BCE and you play as one of two Spartan outcasts-turned-mercenaries, Alexios or Kassandra, both of which are forging their own destiny during the Peloponnesian War.
The game will allow players to choose which character to play as and make story-altering choices by selecting interactive dialogue. Naval gameplay also makes a return with Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, where you’ll control, customize your own ship and recruit crewmembers.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will release on October 5th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC with enhancements for Xbox One X and PS4 Pro.
Beyond Good & Evil 2
After being officially announced at E3 2017, Ubisoft showed off a new cinematic trailer for Beyond Good & Evil 2.
Ubisoft also announced that they’re teaming up with Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s HitRECord to invite artists to create content for the upcoming game such as poster designs, radio ads and music.

No release date or platforms have been announced.
Starlink: Battle for Atlas – Star Fox
Ubisoft announced that Nintendo’s Fox McCloud would be coming to their upcoming game, Starlink: Battle for Atlas. There will be Star Fox content including the Arwing, bonus Star Wolf missions and more that is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch version of the game.
Starlink: A Battle for Atlas arrives on October 16th for Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
Ubisoft announced a new Trials game called Trials Rising. The game is set to release in February 2019 for Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2
Ubisoft officially unveiled Tom Clancy’s The Division 2. The game is set in Washington D.C. months after the deadly virus hit New York City in the first game.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is set to release in March 2019 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle – Donkey Kong Adventure
Ubisoft and Nintendo announced that Donkey Kong would be coming to Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle in the form of DLC.
The DLC launches on June 26th.
Transference is a new game from FunHouse (a division of Ubisoft Montreal) and SpectreVision (a production company by Elijah Wood). The game is a first-person exploration adventure where you’ll solve puzzles and uncover secrets.
Transference will be playable in VR on PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. It will also be available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC without VR. Transference launches this fall.
Skull & Bones
Ubisoft showed off new gameplay of their upcoming pirate game, Skull & Bones. The game launches on Xbox One, PS4 and PC in 2019.
The Crew 2 Open Beta
Ubisoft also announced a date for their open beta for The Crew 2. The open beta launches on June 21st and goes until June 25th.
The Crew 2 officially launches on Xbox One, PS4 and PC on June 29th.
Just Dance 2019
Ubisoft announced that Just Dance 2019 will be coming to Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Wii and Wii U.
For Xbox One and PS4 players of Just Dance 2019, you don’t need to use the Kinect or PS Move, all you need to do is connect your game to the Just Dance Controller app for your smartphone.
