Sony has announced that their latest flagship, the Xperia XZ2 is now available in Canada.
The phone has a 5.7-inch Full HD+ HDR display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is being powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 4GB of RAM.
The phone has a 19-megapixel Motion Eye camera that is capable of shooting 4K HDR video at 1080p Super slow motion video at 960 fps. The front-facing camera is 5-megapixels and is capable of creating 3D selfies which scans your face to do so.
The Xperia XZ2 has S-Force Front Surround speakers and Hi-Res audio. The phone comes with 64GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot.
There’s a 3,180 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and USB-PD support. There is a USB-C port and no headphone jack. The Xperia XZ2 is IP68 water and dust resistant and runs Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Xperia XZ2 is available from Bell for $99 CAD on a 2-year Premium Plus plan with a $200 trade-in offer available until June 30th. Or $299 CAD on a 2-year Premium Plan. You can also purchase the phone outright from Bell for $1,099 CAD.
The device is also available from Freedom Mobile for as low as $0 on a My Tab $20 & $50 plan or $1,000 CAD outright.
