Google has teamed up with Rose and Joy Broadbent (better known as The Broadbent Sisters) to launch a new series of designs of Google Live Cases.
There are 12 new designs in total and each combines the sisters’ signature artwork with “a little bit of Google magic.” Each of the designs takes inspiration from the elements such as fire, water, earth or air.
“Bright colours are used to ignite feelings of sensuality, power and femininity, and have an illuminated quality. There is a sense of alchemy and ritual in each case, creating a mystical mood,” said the sisters when asked about their design process in the blog post about the collaboration.
The Broadbent Sisters are just one of the group of artists, photographers and illustrators that Google has collaborated on designs for their Live Cases. Others include Mimi Wade, Petra Cortright and Baron Von Fancy
Google Live Cases start at $50 CAD and are available now from the Google Store for the Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL.
