Back at their October hardware event, Google showed off AR Stickers which would allow Pixel users bring their favourite characters to life. Google has just announced that AR Stickers are now officially rolling out to Pixel phones.

There are AR Stickers of the kids from Stranger Things, Porgs and BB-8 from Star Wars The Last Jedi and even Foodmoji and 3D text stickers.

To access the AR Stickers, you’ll  Android 8.1 because the ARCore framework is part of the new 8.1 update. Once you’re updated to 8.1, then you can download the AR Stickers from the Play Store and the AR Stickers option will become available in the camera app.

If you place multiple AR Stickers, they’ll be able to interact with each other, like if you put Eleven and a Demogorgon, Eleven will start to use her powers to attack it.
