After a number of delays, Andy Rubin’s Essential Phone is now officially available in Canada.

The Essential PH-1 is available in two colours, Black Moon and Pure White. The phone has a 5.71-inch bezel-less Full Display with an aspect ratio of 19:10 and a resolution of 2560 x 1312.

It’s being powered by the Snapdragon 835 processor with 4GB of RAM and has a 128GB of internal storage.

The device has a dual-lens setup on the back, one 13-megapixel RGB + Mono camera and a 13-megapixel True Monochrome lens.

The Essential Phone starts at $290 CAD on a two-year Premium Plus plan or $1,050 outright from Telus. You can buy the phone in-store or from telus.com/essential.

The Essential 360 camera attachment for the phone will go for $270 CAD and can shoot 4K 360 videos and magnetically attaches to the phone.
