After first being revealed at MWC 2017, the Moto G5 is now available for purchase in Canada.
The Moto G5 has a aluminum design with water-repellent nano coating and a 5-inch 1080p LCD display. The new fingerprint sensor on the front, can also double as a home button and as a way to navigate the phone.
Inside, it’s being powered by a Snapdragon 430 processor with either 2GB or 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage (with a microSD card slot). The main rear-facing camera is 13-megapixels with a f2.0 apeture and can shoot 1080p video at 30fps.
The battery is 2,800 mAh and there’s Moto’s Turbo Power technology to charge the device quickly with the microUSB port.
The Moto G5 is available from Bell Mobility, MTS, Sasktel, Videotron and Virgin Mobile for around $250 CAD.
