The Moto G5 is almost here, it will be releasing in Canada starting on May 3rd at Bell Mobility, MTS, Sasktel and Virgin Mobile for around $250 CAD.
The Moto G5 now has an aluminium body which is vastly different from the G4 and G4 Plus’ plastic builds. The Moto G5 also has a water-repellent nano-coating and a fingerprint sensor below the screen, which is a 5-inch 1080p LCD display.
You’ll also find a 2,800 mAh battery inside the standard G5 with support for Moto’s Turbo Power and a microUSB port.
Inside the G5, you’ll find a Snapdragon 430 processor, either 2GB or 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage (with microSD card slot). The G5’s main camera is 13-megapixels with f/2.0 aperture and is capable of shooting 1080p video at 30fps. The front-facing camera is 5-megapixels with a f/2.2 aperture.
