Most games that are released these days have downloadable content that give players more content for their favourite (or soon-to-be) games. And it looks like Nintendo is joining this trend.
Nintendo has announced that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be getting DLC in the form of an Expansion Pass.
The pass will consist of 3 new in-game Treasure Chests and two DLC packs, one of which will launch in the summer and the other in the holiday.
The first DLC pack will add new Cave of Trials challenge, a new Hard mode and addition Map Feature. While the second DLC pack will feature a new original story, a new dungeon to explore and additional challenges.
The Expansion Pass for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be available for purchase on the game’s launch day of March 3rd for $28.19 CAD ($19.99 USD) for both the Nintendo Switch and Wii U versions of the game.
