Both Fallout 4 and Fallout Shelter were announced back at Bethesda’s E3 2015 showcase back in June. At the time it was only available on iOS but now it is available for Android users.

The game is free-to-play but does have in-app purchases (but you can play the game without paying anything). It’s compatible with phones and tablets running Android 4.1 and later.

The game allows you to control a state-of-the-art underground Vault from Vault-Tec. You can build the perfect Vault to keep your Dwellers happy and protect them from the dangers of the wasteland.

As Todd Howard said at Bethesda’s E3 showcase, the game is absolutely free, no internet connection required or needed and there is no waiting for parts of your Vault to be built, it will build instantly. Even though it may have in-app purchases, they are optional and you can play the game with paying a dime.
